We do not ship refrigerated products to online retail customers.

Kimchi and sauerkraut bought online are collection only from HQ — we don’t send refrigerated goods by courier or post.

Wholesale is different. Trade orders of ferments ship refrigerated, cold chain, on our own delivery runs.

If you’re buying online and can’t collect, pick them up from one of our stockists or at a farmers market.

Our ferments are stocked in selected shops across Victoria.

We also sell them at weekend farmers markets.
