This is where we make the things we can't sell to shops. Too fleeting, too fiddly, or too precious for a commercial run — a single crate of white asparagus, green walnuts picked before they harden, fermented rosella, pine-tip vinegar. Here for a moment, then gone.
Sometimes we hand the keys to a chef or maker we rate and build something together. Sometimes it's just us, having a play. Either way it's small, numbered and finite. When it's gone, it's gone. No restock.
