ACIDE™ Pickles & Ferments, Made in Melbourne

ACIDE™ is the pickle and ferment range from Pickleslut®, made by hand in Sunshine North, Melbourne. It started with one jar, our Bread & Butter Zucchini Pickles, on a stall at Coburg Farmers Market in February 2023.

It now runs to vinegar pickles (Chilli Crisp Giardiniera, Curried Cauliflower, Dill Cucumber Chips, Spiced Dilly Beans, Jalapeño Onions, Spiced Red Cabbage, Long Green Chillis, Florence Fennel, Hot Sour & Slightly Sweet Cucumber Chips), raw lacto-ferments (Baechu Kimchi, Caraway Kraut), a Deli Style Mustard and the spice blends we cook with ourselves.

Everything leads with acid: sharp, bright, built to cut through fat. Every ACIDE™ pickle is vegan (except the kimchi, which has fish sauce) and has no gluten ingredients. The Deli Style Mustard uses malt vinegar, which we also use in our kitchen. No unnecessary additives. Shelf-stable jars ship Australia-wide, free over $100. Ferments are Melbourne pickup only.
