These are plump, juicy grapes gently pickled and infused with warming spices — cinnamon, mandarin peel, star anise and cloves. Sweet first, softly spiced through the finish, with just enough acidity to keep everything balanced.

They taste like winter, cheese boards by the fire, and that first cold night when you finally slow down.

How to eat them (no rules):

  • With cheese — blue, brie, washed rind, aged cheddar
  • Alongside duck, pork, terrines or pâté
  • With desserts — dark chocolate, panna cotta, ice cream
  • Straight from the jar (we won’t judge)

There’s no alcohol here — just the flavour and warmth of mulled wine spices wrapped around sweet pickled fruit.
